Shipping Policy

All shipping fees are $8.00, except for the International buyer.

We ship all our products via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Be sure your address is correct an that you include a daytime phone number.

International buyer: Please send us an e-mail with your name and location before paying so that we can calculate the total shipping fees that will be applied to your purchase price. Please note that shipping fees do not include any international customs fees or taxes. Additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Refunds:

We will refund the total cost of the items to the customer.   Items must be returned in the original condition that it was received. We will not refund the initial shipping charge, nor the return shipping cost for any merchandise. We will credit your account within three days of receiving the item(s). Please wait at least two billing cycles for this to be recorded on your credit card statement.

For all returns, please be sure to use a traceable carrier. We will not be responsible for items that do not reach us. We will e-mail you when the return/exchange has been received and processed.
